Des’s panic about Mary’s loyalty sets in motion a series of bad and worse decisions that throw Mary into the crosshairs of the police and Grady. She also has to juggle a distrustful and angry daughter in Jess and friend in Annie, as well as an increasingly curious sister in Nicole.

Ben and Frank jump at the chance to maybe finally close their investigation, but they’re aware that doing so has layers of complications related to their own conduct. Grady follows his own law of always coming out on top–be direct and ask for exactly what you want, but that bravado usually has consequences.

It’s a very twisty, turny finale that wraps things in a very satisfying why while definitely leaving you wanting a second season. I hope we get it! Mary Kills People begins its seasons finale at 10/9c Sunday on Lifetime. Here’s a sneak peek. And check back afterward for my exclusive interview with Richard Short. See you on the live Tweet!
