Quick Takes: Emily Bett Rickards and Neal McDonough Tease Arrow Winter Finale

Last week’s crossover with its spinoff, The Flash, was epic. This week, Arrow promises an equally epic ride as it gets down to the business of setting up yet another painful winter hiatus. We’re not sure whether the loose end of Oliver not telling Felicity about the existence of his son will be dealt with so soon. What we are sure of is that we need to be prepared for anything to happen.

Synopsis for “Dark Waters”

OLIVER TAKES ON HIVE — After the city is attacked again, Oliver (Stephen Amell) makes a bold move against HIVE. Malcolm (John Barrowman) checks in on Thea (Willa Holland) and leaves her with a warning. Things take a horrible turn when Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) retaliates in a brutal manner at Oliver’s mayoral holiday party.

When TV Goodness hit the set of Arrow earlier this year, the cast couldn’t say much about the midseason finale. All we do know is to expect lots of danger and Darhkness (thanks to the CW_Arrow account for that term). Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity Smoak) and Neal McDonough (Damien Darhk) dole out some short and sweet info on the episode:

The Arrow Winter Finale airs tonight at 8/7c on the CW.
