With those few sentences (and a hand clasp) a bromance is born. I can’t deny I’ve been hoping and waiting for this to happen – and I think you have too. When I started hearing tidbits about season 5 and knew that Eric and Bill would be looking for Russell Edgington together, I hoped this would be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
After three seasons of seeing Eric treat Bill with such contempt, it was so refreshing to see Eric treat Bill with such respect after he lost his memory in season 4. We like it when these two vampires work together and we can’t wait to see if and how they convince the Vampire Authority to postpone true deaths for both of them. Russell is a wily foe and I can’t imagine he wants to be caught. But if anyone can track him down and help bring him to justice, it might be these two.
