We’re closing in on the finale, y’all, and by the end of “Collateral,” you’re going to wonder how the hell they’re going to wrap it up in one episode. But let’s savor it while we can.
This week, we have a few concurrent threads going as Raylan, Ava, and Boyd wind their way through the woods. All three are technically fugitives, but Raylan’s status is couched in a concern for his safety to keep his career intact, although he conveniently leaves his badge and shield–but not his gun–behind.

- Duffy to do exactly what I thought he might.
- Markham to prioritize his tasks, and give Loretta an ultimatum.
- Bob to find out that it’s perilous to ride in as Raylan’s cavalry.
- Boyd to get a picture of how the common folks in Harlan County see him.
- Tim to hilariously relay the blow-by-blow of Vazquez’s hissy fit in perfect deadpan to Art.
- Raylan to make a decision on Arlo’s place.
- Boyd and Raylan to wax poetic with guns in the pitch black darkness.
