[Warning: General spoilers ahead.]

Hallmark Channel continues its thematic tie-ins with a trio of spring romances rolling out under the “Spring Fling” banner for the next three Saturdays at 9/8c. Here’s what to expect.

Nicollette Sheridan (who did one of my Hallmark faves, Honeymoon for One), returns to Hallmark in a manny-themed love story. Here, she’s Cass, a high-powered attorney and single mother of two, who is on the hunt for a new nanny after her precocious kids ran off the last one. Matthew (Strange Empire‘s Dan Payne) is a world traveler who cannot settle down, until his father challenges him to plant roots. To prove to him that he can stay home and handle domestic life, Matthew interviews for a job as Cass’s many, and while she initially rejects him, she’s forced to hire him when she can’t find anyone else. Look for Haven‘s Jayne Eastwood, too.

Lisa Whelchel plays a famous mom blogger whose prospect of a newly empty nest forces her to ask for help from her readers. She finds herself on the attack by one in particular who has conflicting opinions, while in the real world, she meets a great single dad (Saving Hope‘s Michael Shanks) and sparks start to fly. If you saw All Things Valentine, you know where this is going. Fun fact: Whelchel’s daughter, Clancy Cauble, plays her daughter in the movie.

Brenda Strong plays Helen, who’s prone to playing matchmaker for her daughter, Claire (Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce‘s Beau Garrett). After she finally vows to avoid Claire’s love life, she inadvertently meets Eric (Saving Hope‘s Ben Ayres), a single doctor. Helen arranges for him to secretly meet Claire, and the two immediately hit it off, until Claire eventually learns the truth of her mother’s involvement.
