I don’t know how long I’ve had a crush on Timothy Olyphant, but it’s been quite some time. I was introduced to him on the big screen, when he played a hot drug dealer in Go. The first time I ever saw him on the small screen was in Deadwood, where he played marshall turned sheriff Seth Bullock. Sigh. I miss that show. Next he was in Damages, where he played a crooked cop who falls for Ellen Parsons. He’s also done some guesting on shows like The Office and Samantha Who. But I like seeing him as the lead and I love seeing him as Raylan. He makes a 10-gallon hat look good and he always does the right thing, at least in his own mind. He’s conflicted, he’s principled, he’s fair. I can’t wait for the new season to start tonight.
