File this one under “FINALLY!” I love nerdy numbers things even though I’m a word nerd, and here are the stats on how long it took from the time the Season 1 finale aired until Melanie Scrofano revealed at today’s Wynonna Earp SDCC panel the long-awaited/totally expected news that Wynonna Earp will absolutely be back for a second season of 10 episodes in 2017.

Courtesy of timeanddate.com:

  • 28 days, 18 hours, 30 minutes
  • 2,485,800 seconds
  • 41,430 minutes
  • 690 hours (rounded down)
  • 28 days (rounded down)
  • 4 weeks
  • 7.86% of 2016

That last one makes me cackle. Almost 8 percent of the year, y’all!

Here are some sample Tweets:

So glad Syfy responded to the throngs of fans who have exuberantly Tweeted, re-Tweeted, Instagramed, Snapchatted, e-mailed, created fan art and t-shirts, and on and on in support of our weird, wonderful world of Wynonna.
