Two Takes: The Catch Series Finale “The Mockingbird”
Worst. Ending. Ever. Okay, well, maybe the storyline wasn’t the worst…I actually kind of loved that….but the fact that The Catch has officially come to an end has us at TV Goodness DEVASTATED. With an airplane wave, the show’s series finale left us hanging in more ways than one and...
Two Takes: The Catch “The Cleaner”
In the penultimate episode of the second season of ABC’s The Catch, everything starts pointing towards a mysterious person known as Mockingbird.
Two Takes: The Catch “The Knock-Off”
Who can you trust? If this episode of The Catch was any indication, the answer is just about nobody. Betrayal was running rampant as Felicity (Shivani Ghai) arose from the dead to seduce-con Margot, Gretchen (Maria Thayer, Gotham, The Mindy Project) played gold-hearted Alice 2.0 before swindling Ethan, Tessa jumped...
Two Takes: The Catch “The Birthday Party”
This week’s episode of The Catch picks up right where last week’s left off…with Ethan at Alice’s door. Ben makes himself known, which results in a very awkward conversation. Awkward for all parties involved. Except for the audience. We were highly entertained.
Two Takes: The Catch “The Hard Drive”
According to ABC’s The Catch, the past always comes back to haunt you. Alice brought this point to light last week and when it comes to this week’s episode — “The Hard Drive” — she hit the nail on the head.
Two Takes: The Catch “The Bad Girl”
Fun alliteration popped up in the latest episode of ABC’s The Catch.
Two Takes: The Catch “The Family Way”
As this title suggests, this week’s episode of ABC’s The Catch was all about family. We picked up where we left off with Alice and Ben both staring down the barrel of one another’s guns as they squared off over who should get the $3 million in drug money —...
Two Takes: The Catch “The Dining Hall”
WARNING: This is a recap so plenty of Spoilers for The Catch “The Dining Hall” Okay, that was fun. On ABC’s The Catch, the action picked up right where things left off last week, with Tommy enlisting Rhys’ help to (stupidly) steal the 3 million from the offshore account that’s...
Two Takes: The Catch “The Hammer”
Can you ever really trust a con man (or woman)? What if they’re your friend? Your lover? Or even your brother? There were almost as many trust issues in this episode of ABC’s The Catch as there were umbrellas and while it had some characters on edge, it put others right...
The Killing Series Finale “Eden”
[Warning: Spoilers for everything.] Oh, man. I seriously held my breath for the first half of the finale because I was sure that somehow Linden was not going to survive it. The scene in the next-to-last episode where she tells Jack goodbye in the car at the airport, after nearly...
Let’s Talk About Will Trent
[Spoilers for “The Blank Expanse of Nothing”] It’s been a minute since I’ve had a good, old-fashioned rant about a TV series, so I’m overdue. If you’ve followed me on IG the last few years (hi!), you know that I yell often and loud about my love for Will Trent....
Tim Rozon Looks Back on SurrealEstate
[Warning: All the spoilers ahead.] To close out our SurrealEstate coverage (for now), I chatted with Tim Rozon about Season 3 and getting the band back together. For the third season, production moved from Newfoundland to Ottawa, and Rozon was ready to dive back in. “We were in a...
George R. Olson Unpacks SurrealEstate Season 3
[Warning: ALL the spoilers ahead.] In case you missed the news last week, SurrealEstate has concluded with its third season, which aired last summer. On Friday, I spoke with series creator George R. Olson and series star Tim Rozon about saying goodbye to the show. You can read that piece...
George R. Olson and Tim Rozon Share Their Gratitude for SurrealEstate’s Run
Since SurrealEstate wrapped its third season six months ago, I’ve checked about once a week to see whether there was any news on cancelled or renewed. As long as there was no decision, there was still hope for a fourth season. This week, series creator George R. Olson let the...
Hulu’s Paradise S1 Weaves Past and Present to Unravel a Murder
One of the nice things about the symbiosis of the entertainment conglomerates is that sometimes streaming shows make their way over to linear outlets. Case in point: ABC has given Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building a primetime slot (after of course tweaking the language for FCC regs) during its...
Scott McCord Talks About Victor’s Expanding World in From Season 3
Closing out our From Season 3 coverage (which you can find here), in the second part of my conversation with Scott McCord, we talk about Victor’s new friendship with Sara, reconnecting with Tabitha, and what might be next for Victor when Season 4 returns in 2026. As we’ve talked about...
Dennis Heaton Talks Murder in a Small Town
Murder in a Small Town wraps its first season Tuesday night on FOX in the US and Wednesday night on Global TV in Canada. For US viewers, it’s been a neat addition to the usual FOX fare to have a slower-paced, small-town murder mystery with a parade of CdnTV peeps...
Harold Perrineau Talks From Season 3
[Warning: Includes spoilers for the Season 3 finale.] How are you doing, FROMily? That finale was A LOT. Thankfully we know we’re going to get more of this story, and you have a year and change to work on your Venn diagram deciphering the OMG WTFery of it all. Last...
Scott McCord Talks From Season 3
From the jump (pun intended), I’ve been a staunch advocate of Victor (and Scott McCord, who plays him), and this season, he’s been put through it. On the heels of sending Tabitha off into the unknown and having her return with his father, he unearths the long-suppressed memory that as...
Corteon Moore Talks From Season 3
From has always been really good about delighting us with mix-and-match character pairings, and this season, we’ve seen Jade and Tabitha, Sara and Victor, Henry and Victor, and Kenny and Acosta team up. As Ellis, Corteon Moore has spent a chunk of time this season paired up with Pegah Ghafoori...

What They Said: Favorite Quotes from Supergirl “Worlds Finest”
Oh, Supergirl. That ending was cold. But I can’t hate on you because the latest episode has quickly become one of my favorites.
What Lucifer Said: Favorite quotes from Supernatural “O Brother, Where Art Thou?”
Supernatural episodes are almost always funny but thanks to the dialogue and a certain man speaking said dialogue, I laughed a lot during “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” You know, when I wasn’t busy fearing for Sam’s life or wondering what in the world was going on with Dean and...
What They Said: Favorite Quotes from Supernatural “Angel Heart”
Okay, that was my favorite of all the Claire episodes. In the beginning I think this arc was a bit shaky, to be honest. But I think it ended strong and that’s thanks to the chemistry between the actors as well as the strength of the writing, courtesy of Robbie...
What They Said: Favorite Quotes from The Vampire Diaries “I’ll Remember”
Season 5 Episode 1: “I’ll Remember” Writer: Caroline Dries This is odd. It’s an episode of The Vampire Diaries and there’s only one favorite quote from Damon. Of course, he was only in one scene. There are a few Hallucination!Damon quotes included though. What were some of your favorite quotes...
