WARNING: Married spoilers

This summer Gilfoyle travels from Silicon Valley to L.A. Actually, Martin Starr, who hilariously plays the brilliant and acerbic programmer on the hit HBO comedy, is set to guest star on a Season 2 episode of FX’s Married.

Starr will play Judah, an awkward loner who rents Russ and Lina’s guest house. Look for his appearance to air Thursday, August 13 in an episode curiously called “Murder!”. When TV Goodness recently visited the set of the series, we talked to new Married cast member, Sarah Burns, who joins the show as Abby, an ally of Lina’s at her new job. Burns positively raved about Starr, who she once worked with on Starz’s Party Down.

Meanwhile, the cast and creator of Married are currently in Austin, Texas where they’re attending the ATX Television Festival. Tonight, Andrew Gurland, along with Nat Faxon, Judy Greer, Brett Gelman and Burns, take part in FX’s Comedy Night. The event starts at 7:30 at the State Theatre.
