[Warning: General spoilers ahead]

Just in case you need to channel some of this week’s cancellation news rage, Killing Eve‘s got you. This week, Villanelle ends up, semi-willingly/sort of not inside the Russian gulag she once called home, and  Eve and Carolyn aren’t too far behind.

The episode serves to build the violent backstory on how Villanelle was “born,” if you will, and also sheds some light on Konstantin’s history. It also does a deeper dive on Carolyn, and I swear I hadn’t watched this episode when I wrote last week’s preview, but I was spot on. Go, me.

Eve continues to be a bit bewildered at the ever-changing dynamics of her job and how it affects her marriage–and Niko actually calls her on it. Once she’s out in the field, though, she finds her backbone in demanding what she wants.

Killing Eve airs Sundays at 7/6c on BBC America and you can catch up on the first five episodes on BBC America’s website. Here’s a sneak peek of Sunday’s new episode. Only three left!
