This week on (my new obsession) Eyewitness, Philip and Lukas take a break from Tivoli and head into the city, with mixed results, a recovered Helen dives deeper into her investigation, and we learn more about Kane, and what the rest of his team, which includes Kamilah, actually don’t know.
The rest of the characters also get some play as Sita faces the legal ramifications of her recent activities and Bella seeks a dangerous reconciliation.
The episode moves things forward with a twist since the killer is hiding, and working, in plain sight–and digging up the back story about that pesky local sheriff.
The field trip puts Philip comfortably back in his own element, but it turns the tables on Lukas, who’s now the one on uneven footing in unfamiliar territory, and that might be exactly what he needs. Philip is so smart, y’all.
