What happens when two vice principals are vying for the promotion to principal? They each have their strengths (or they do in their own minds) and each believes themselves worthy of the job. So what if an outsider gets promoted above them? All out war.

When the longtime principal of a suburban high school steps down, ambitious vice principals Neal Gamby and Lee Russell both set their sights on the vacated top spot — only to see new rival Dr. Belinda Brown enter the picture. Putting their mutual disdain aside, these bitter antagonists form an unholy alliance to bring down the outsider by any means necessary.
We all know the saying, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend.” So what are Gamby and Russell prepared to do to defend their turf? Why is it so important to them to get the top job at this high school? What do the other teachers think of all their machinations? Do they have allies amongst the staff or do they want to see both of these administrators go down? Only time will tell, but either way we think this is gonna be quite a wild ride.
