After nine harrowing weeks, all we have of this season of Game of Thrones is the finale. With the more limited scope of last week’s “Battle of the Bastards,” “The Winds of Winter” is posed to cover a whole lot of ground to compensate.

We expect major things happening in King’s Landing since it’s finally time for Cersei’s trial (not by combat!). Without the assurance of victory that was tied to the trial by combat, the outcome of the trial is anyone’s guess. But one thing is for sure, Cersei is out for blood, and she’s not going down easy. And let’s not forget about The King. Tommen has been carrying out all of these orders, with varying levels of influence from the High Sparrow. Cersei loves her children more than anything, but we can help but think about the prophecy that said all of Cersei’s children will die before her. When will it be Tommen’s turn?

In the promo for “The Winds of Winter,” we hear Jon Snow tell Sansa that they have many enemies now. They’ve taken back Winterfell, but the Freys and Lannisters are aligned more closely than ever after successfully taking Riverrun from The Blackfish. With an enemy stronghold in what used to belong to House Tully, the fight isn’t over for Jon and Sansa.

Other things to look out for:

-With the deal formed with Yara Greyjoy, Daenerys is one step closer to being able to crossing the narrow sea with her forces. As Tyrion says “You’re in the great game now. And the great game’s terrifying.”

-Davos is going to have some words with Melisandre about Shireen’s brutal death. He’s bringing Jon into the mix, but how is Jon going to react?

-We’ll touch base with Bran, who we haven’t seen since he and Meera were rescued by assumed dead Uncle Benjen Stark.

The Season 6 finale of Game of Thrones airs Sunday, June 26th at 9/8c on HBO.
