It’s been a year since Season 4 ended and we have missed this show something fierce. The Season 4 finale found the team on the run with a piece of the Machine intact. Not only was it imperative that they find a safe place in order to have it decompress and see if they had saved enough of it to continue their work, but they had to stay away from the Samaritan operatives trying to take them and the Machine out. Does the entire team make it? Has the Machine survived?
“B.S.O.D” synopsis, from CBS:
Reese and Finch attempt to rescue the Machine’s source code before it deteriorates beyond repair. Also, Root fights for her life against an onslaught of Samaritan’s agents and Fusco is faced with hard questions following the deaths of Dominic and Elias.
We’ve seen the Season 5 premiere and it’s intense and emotional. We really don’t want to spoil anything, but we will say that you’ll see both Brett Cullen‘s Nathan Ingram and Carrie Preston‘s Grace Hendricks again.
The Season 5 premiere of Person of Interest airs tonight at 10/9c on CBS.
