Hallmark Networks October TV Movie Goodness Preview

Hallmark Channel (HC) and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries (HMM) are wasting no time debuting their latest slate of originals. Over the next four weekends, before Halloween becomes Christmas on the networks, you can catch a handful of new movies. Here’s a rundown. Each film starts at 9 pm/8c.

October 3rd — Autumn Dreams (HC)

Teen Wolf‘s Jill Wagner and Rizzoli & IslesColin Egglesfield star as a couple who find out on the eve of their separate weddings to other people that their teenage marriage was never actually annulled.

October 4th — Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Impossible Dream (HMM)

The Postables (plus Mark Valley!) work against the clock decoding a letter to rescue a soldier and reunite her with her family, while Rita competes for the National Miss Special Delivery title in Washington, D.C. In case you missed it, there was another new film, Truth Be Told, just last month. It repeats at 7 pm/6c Sunday before this film.

October 10th — Harvest Moon (HC)

Jessy Schram (Falling Skies), Cedar Cove’s Jesse Hutch, and Willie Aames star in a fish out of water tale of a young woman of privilege who arrives at the pumpkin farm her now-bankrupt family owns in an attempt to get her money out of it. (See also Growing the Big One). Bonus: Peter DeLuise, who has helmed all of the Garage Sale Mystery films and February’s All of My Heart, directed the film.

October 11th – Beverly Lewis’ The Reckoning (HMM)

The latest installment in this series stars Switched At Birth’s Katie LeClerc and Jacob Blair (The Pinkertons) in story about a once-shunned Amish woman who has found success in the secular world forced to reconcile her past when faced with an old love.

October 17th — October Kiss (HC)

Ashley Williams (The Jim Gaffigan Show) and Parenthood‘s Sam Jaeger star in a tale of a nanny hired at Halloween to work for a widowed, work-obsessed executive. (See also The Nanny Express).

October 18th — Jesse Stone: Lost in Paradise (HC)

When the facts don’t add up in a brutal Boston-area murder case, Jesse opens an investigation filled with surprises, unlikely suspects and grave danger. Details are here on the double network premiere.

October 24th — Good Witch Season 2 Two-Hour Sneak Peek Preview

Since the franchise has its origins in Halloween, it’s only fitting that the now-series gets a teaser tied to the holiday. In this special two-hour special event that’s part of the season two order, Middleton is gearing up for the Halloween Fall Festival.

October 25th — Jesse Stone: Lost in Paradise (HMM)
