[Warning: General spoilers ahead]
Tonight on The Strain, we pick up with the terrifying aftermath of Eichorst having Dutch delivered to him. I’ll just tell you that the resolution takes a while to unfold, and it’s interspersed with Eichorst’s backstory of how he came to join the Nazi Party. It’s a strange structure to counterbalance his former humanity with his threats to do unspeakable things to Dutch.
While that horror show is unfolding, Fet, Eph, and Nora are desperately trying to find her, and we get an interesting little history lesson on the lair Eichorst calls home.
We also follow a recovered Setrakian, still determined to find the book, which might finds its way back to him after all. Across town, Gus and Angel make good on their promise to help the Guptas get out of the city, and Gus makes Aanya another promise he hopes to keep.
It’s a FULL hour, and there are only two episodes left this season after this one.
