What They Said: Top 4 Quotable Moments from Black Sails “XXIII”

3 Moments of Goodness from Brooklyn Nine-Nine “Johnny and Dora”
The most satisfying part of this season’s finale has to the Jake and Amy kiss. Well, they kiss three times but the last one is the best one — and it means something. The Charles and Rosa dynamic was also great. I love how she’s convinced he doesn’t know anything…
I found Poldark while looking for something to fill the gap til Outlander returns. I have really enjoyed Poldark as a TV series. I started reading the books and am now on book 5. I love Aidan Turner. He is gorgeous and talented. I am sad that the season is ending so soon. I can’t wait until it returns.
Hello Barbara, I’m happy you found Poldark to fill the gap while waiting for Outlander. I’m glad you are enjoying it. I read the books years ago. I watched the original series in the 70’s. I pulled out some of my books and started reading them again. I assume that you are reading “The Black Moon”; therefore, you know what happens up until that point. I won’t spoil for you or anyone else. Aidan Turner is handsome and very talented. It’s a short season; however, I’ve read that it may run for 6 seasons. I sincerely hope it does. I haven’t confirmed that information – yet. The original series covered the first 7 books. The first series ran in two parts. The first part included 16 episodes. The second series included 13 episodes. If you are ever interested in watching the first series, it’s available on DVD and online at Acorn TV. Here’s the link if you are interested. https://acorn.tv/franchise/poldark – I’ve been a fan for a long time. Again, I’m so happy that you found the series and are enjoying the books. Best Wishes – Lisa
