Apparently I cannot count, because somewhere in brain I thought we were getting six episodes. We’re getting 10. Math is hard! So, we’ve passed the halfway point. Last week, Ben got an epic speech out of Christy (that I cannot believe hasn’t ended up online so I can link it for you) where she explained all the reasons she loved him and hated him but her hands were tied because a 5-year old boy who also happened to be his son is dead.

Then whomever wants to scare the bejesus out of Ben succeeded by leaving flashlights all over his garage, after getting through the garage code on the door. This got Cornell’s attention, especially when her Threat Assessment team agreed that yep, ball of crazy. Then the spookies went one step further and Ben was remotely locked in his car inside a parking garage after all the lights snapped off. Now we’re getting somewhere.

Here’s what to expect tonight in “The Confession” — The vigilante stalking Ben ups the ante and begins a dangerous game of cat and mouse. Desperate about his family’s safety, Ben begrudgingly accepts Detective Cornell’s offer of protection for Christy and his daughters, while refusing any police surveillance for himself. Having temporarily moved in with his friend and confidante Dave, Ben thinks he has managed to escape Cornell’s laser-like focus for a while, only to find that he is forced to re-live his past mistakes while fighting for his life.
