Last week’s “Movin’ Out” was intense. We’re always surprised when the duos looking for an investment ignore either Antonia’s advice or Joe and Tim’s directives. We do think it’s important for these chefs to stay true to themselves and their vision, but they also need to remember that Joe and Tim have a lot of experience opening and running successful restaurants. So, when they tell you to do something, do it. We’re looking at you, (now defunct) Nosh & Swig.

This week, we’re in for an all-out cockfight between two tasty chicken concepts.
