Eep. We were thankfully spared Auggie torture porn in our last new episode two weeks ago, but we’re looking less likely to be so lucky again Thursday night. In the closing moments of “She Believes,” which was 99% Auggie-free, Belenko caught up with him and he was taken to a seriously scary and remote location. The upside? McQuaid got his butt back in the field and met Annie–after a fairly disastrous op where Belenko got away and Olga was killed–so they could go get him back.
Here’s what we’re promised: Annie and McQuaid sneak into Russian territory to find Belenko while Auggie is involved in a confrontation resulting from unanswered questions from his past.
I’m a go on the backstory reveal; not so much on any sort of brutality. That said, I am keen for folks to take notice of Shawn Doyle. I’ve no doubt he and Gorham will be terrific. (Again, if you haven’t yet, go watch Endgame on Hulu. It also co-stars Reign‘s Torrance Coombs. You’re welcome.)
