Amy Smart, who we last saw romancing one Raylan Gaivens over on Justified, brings her sass to Lifetime in Run For Your Life, a based-on-a-true-story tale of a woman who fled an ex-husband who followed.
Here’s the basic logline: Fleeing with her two children from an abusive ex-husband, a woman must make the difficult choice to disappear or kill him.
Starring alongside Smart are Mark Humphrey (Paradise Falls) and familiar face Lochlyn Munro. Michael M. Scott, who’s a director in regular rotation on Hallmark Channel (and has Along Came a Nanny coming up next weekend on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries) directs the film, which was shot around Vancouver, so keep an eye out for other familiar faces sprinkled throughout.
Run For Your Life airs on Lifetime at 8/7c and midnight/11c Saturday. Here’s a sneak peek:
