I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The CW’s The 100 is my latest TV obsession. And there’s a new episode on tonight at 9/8c.

Synopsis for “Day Trip”: Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Bellamy (Bob Morley) go on a mission to find supplies for approaching winter. Some of the 100 accidentally eat nuts with powerfully hallucinogenic properties and lose their grasp on reality. Meanwhile, Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) seizes the opportunity to help a friend escape, and a terrifying event brings Clarke and Bellamy closer. On the Ark, Commander Shumway (guest star Terry Chen “House of Cards”) secretly assigns one of the 100 to kill one of his own, and the treacherous actions of Diane Sydney (Kate Vernon (“Battlestar Galactica”) are revealed. Paige Turco, Thomas McDonell, Henry Ian Cusick, Devon Bostick and Chris Larkin also star. Matt Barber directed the episode written by Elizabeth Craft & Sarah Fain and story by Andrei Haq.

Okay, I’m excited for tonight’s episode because I want more intel on the Grounders, especially the one that was captured. Now that Finn’s been saved I want to know how he’s going to react to the Raven/Clarke situation. Clarke let him go. How’s he going to react to that? And from reading the synopsis for the episode (above), I’m looking forward to a couple things. 1. It seems like the show might be building on the chemistry that exists between Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley. 2. Diane Sydney and treacherous actions are used in the same sentence. That means I was right to be suspicious of the newest Council member. It might help that I enjoy seeing Kate Vernon be badass and treacherous.

At the recent WonderCon in Anaheim, CA, TV Goodness was part of a roundtable of writers who talked to the cast members about the show, their characters and the most recent episodes. Here are video interviews featuring Morley and Devon Bostick (Jasper):
