I’m still in shock from last night. We will get to that in a bit. But as I write this, I do not know where to begin so let’s just go over the dances first.
The couples had to do two full dances. One added another professional dancer — that’s why they call it Trio night. This is one of my favorite things that DWTS does.Â
Let’s see how everyone did:
DANCE #1
Amber and Derek
Dance: Quickstep
Poor Amber is still having trouble with her knees. But the girl picks up the dances and performs. I think the scores were a little low but sometimes I think there are small things you can’t see from the television. She still rocks!
Score: 8-Carrie Ann, 8-Len, 8-Bruno; Total: 24
Voting Number: 800-868-3407
Leah and Tony
Dance: Tango
I think Bruno said it best: “That was a bad ass tango.â€Â Do I need to say anything else! Great job girl!
Score: 9- Carrie Ann, 9- Len, 9-Bruno; Total: 27
Voting Number: 800-868-3411
Corbin and Karina
Dance: Waltz
After their Viennese Waltz and the disappointing scores, Corbin and Karina wanted to stick to a very technical Waltz. Great move and good job! Â What am I saying? They always do a great job!
Score: 9 -Carrie Ann, 9-Len, 9-Bruno; Total: 27
Voting Number: 800-868-3406
Jack and Cheryl

Dance: Viennese Waltz
Last week I said it was their best dance but I was wrong. Now I feel this week was their best dance! Jack is really great at the ballroom dances and after all the first round scores, he and Cheryl were in first place! The great thing about Jack is not only does he improve every week but he is really having a great time and it shows!
Score: 10-Carrie Ann, 10-Len, 9-Bruno, Total: 29
Voting Number: 800-868-3402
Bill and Emma
Dance: Charleston
I like Bill. I like that he really is having a great time which the audience can appreciate. But the dancing was not good tonight and I have to agree with the judges.
Score: 7-Carrie Ann, 7-Len, 7-Bruno; Total Score: 21
Voting Number: 800-868-3409
Elizabeth and Val
Dance: Viennese Waltz
I thought Len’s score was too low. Elizabeth and Val did a beautiful dance. She is a great dancer.
Score: 9-Carrie Ann, 8-Len, 9-Bruno; Total: 26
Voting Number: 800-868-3405
DANCE #2
Amber and Derek- (with Mark Ballas)
Dance: Salsa
I feel that they should have gotten 10s. There’s nothing else to say.
Score: 9-Carrie Ann, 9-Len, 9-Bruno; Total: 27
Voting Number: 800-868-3407
Leah and Tony- (with Henry Byalikov)

Dance: Jive
This was not only a great dance but hilarious! Their characters were the judges. Obviously Leah was Carrie Ann, Henry was Len (Amazeballs) and Tony was Bruno (Brilliant)! So proud of Leah but I am rooting for her to get 10s! The girl’s confidence and skills get better each week!
Score: 9- Carrie Ann, 9- Len, 9-Bruno; Total: 27
Voting Number: 800-868-3411
Corbin and Karina- (with Witney Carson)
Dance: Jazz
From the beginning, we all knew that Corbin could dance. This routine showed everyone exactly how great he is. A (wait for it…) MAZING!!!!!
Score: 10 -Carrie Ann, 10-Len, 10-Bruno; Total: 30
Voting Number: 800-868-3406
Jack and Cheryl- (with Sharna Burgess)
Dance: Samba
Cheryl and Sharna styles are a lot alike and Jack was definitely outnumbered. It was his best Latin number and I think if Jack can keep up the pace he is at, he’s going to the finals.
Score: 8-Carrie Ann, 8-Len, 8-Bruno, Total: 24
Voting Number: 800-868-3402
Bill and Emma- (with Peta Murgatroyd)
Dance: Salsa
I don’t even know what to say because as Carrie Ann said, “It was so weird.â€Â Bill’s timing was not good. I feel bad about saying that but it’s the truth. We can all agree that we really do like Bill.
Score: 7-Carrie Ann, 7-Len, 7-Bruno; Total Score: 21
Voting Number: 800-868-3409
Elizabeth and Val- (with Gleb Savchenko)
Dance: Salsa
Another great performance with the added bonus of Gleb and Val without their shirts! Elizabeth showed how she is seamless with both partners which earned them a perfect score. Will this be enough?
Score: 10-Carrie Ann, 10-Len, 10-Bruno; Total: 30
Voting Number: 800-868-3405

Time for the elimination. First couple put in jeopardy, Elizabeth and Val! I know right? The other couple in jeopardy, Bill and Emma. Bill and Emma have been in this position a lot! Would it be their time? The answer to that question is no.

Elizabeth and Val would be eliminated. See, people, that is why it’s important to vote. The best dancers don’t always make it to the semi-finals or the finals. Again, I like Bill but it really is his time to go. All the other couples are neck and neck, but Bill is more than a couple of points behind. It really is anyone’s game. Is not having a second night affecting the voting? I think a little. What do you think?
So next week is the Semi-Finals. Remember to vote, people. As Jack said, “It’s go big or go home!â€
See you next week!
Dancing with the Stars airs Monday nights at 8pm on ABC.
