Oh, man. There is nothing like Lucas Bryant and Emily Rose’s chemistry. We have a long road ahead of us before we get Audrey back, but at least we have Lexie and Nathan occupying the same linear space. That’s a start.
So, William makes Lexie shut out her doubt until she sees what he sees–the deteriorating barn. Once she’s made that leap, he has her listen for signs outside the barn, while back in Haven, Duke hilariously (and very sweetly) tries to help Jennifer clear her mind so she can hear inside it. When yoga and meditation fail, beer pong comes through. Both gals hear a foghorn and Duke consults his charts to locate its source.
William tells Lexie to follow the sound to find a door. Jennifer hears this, and following Duke’s charts, they end up on the bluff where the barn stood, and Jennifer sees a door in the middle of the field. The downside is both have to open their doors at the same time or Lexie dies with the barn. Lexie finally sees her door, but has cold feet when she opens it to see a cloud bank and endless sky. William explains it’s an inter-dimensional plane and she’ll be fine, but she takes some convincing.
Nathan reaches Duke and Jennifer, unfortunately with the Guard and Teagues in tow. While they all argue about whether this is a bad idea, Jennifer hears that Lexie is opening her door, and then her door materializes so that everyone sees it. Nathan tries to turn the knob but it won’t open, and Jennifer gently suggests that maybe it’s just for her.
She turns the knob and sees the same vortex Lexie sees. On her side, Lexie sees the trio at their door calling out for Audrey. When William says he can’t come with her, she tells him she hopes they meet again and then steps through. Out on the bluff, a pulse drops everyone and when they come to, an unconscious Lexie lies nearby in the grass.
Nathan goes to her and wakes her. Jordan reminds him of his promise. He takes a gun and puts it in Lexie’s hand and tells her she has to kill him. Then he kisses her and she doesn’t protest (and part of me here was saying “NOW you’re forward??”). She pulls away from the gun and looks at him and tells him she can’t kill him, particularly on the grounds that they just met.
Glances are exchanged all around and it sinks in for all of Audrey’s men (Nathan, Duke, and Vince) that Audrey isn’t home yet. So close!
I LOVE that we have everybody back in Haven. I don’t love that we’re now possibly looking at the hijinks of not-Audrey interacting with Audrey’s people and maybe casting aspersions on Audrey and her quirks. I hope we don’t get to the end of this and find out that everybody has to learn to love Lexie. I want Audrey to be the one to break the not-remembering-the-prior-version wrinkle. And I want Lucas Bryant in the same room with Emily Rose as much as possible, please.
Haven airs Fridays at 10/9c on Syfy.

Thank Me Later: Will Trent
[Warning: spoilers ahead.] I’m on record as loving and losing shows over at ABC so I’m usually very reticent to pick something up on the network until it’s been renewed, and I seriously hope I’m not jinxing it, but I took a chance on the deeply odd and very sweet…

Two Takes: The Catch “The Knock-Off”
Who can you trust? If this episode of The Catch was any indication, the answer is just about nobody. What They Said: Top 4 Quotable Moments from Black Sails “XXIII”
The dialogue in “XXIII” is phenomenal. It’s always a fun ride when Black Sails carries its viewers along without giving them the chance to catch their breath. When an episode moves at this unforgiving pace, there is no chance for a breather nor is there a respite from the information…
What Lucifer Said: Favorite quotes from Supernatural “O Brother, Where Art Thou?”

What They Said: The Flash, “Legends Of Today” and Arrow, “Legends Of Yesterday”

What they Said: Top 4 Quotable Moments from Graceland “Little Bo Bleep”
Shoot outs. Fake outs. And long-awaited revelations. “Little Bo Bleep” was a jam-packed episode that wrapped up some loose ends and totally frayed others. Â It finally gave us one Sarkissian in jail and pulled back the curtain on Briggs’ master plan, but it also set up Jakes for a world…

3 Moments of Goodness from Brooklyn Nine-Nine “Johnny and Dora”
The most satisfying part of this season’s finale has to the Jake and Amy kiss. Well, they kiss three times but the last one is the best one — and it means something. The Charles and Rosa dynamic was also great. I love how she’s convinced he doesn’t know anything…
