We made it! Are you spoiler-free? I genuinely hope so, because the fine folks at Continuum have a jaw-dropper of a season finale for you tomorrow night. It’s one of those “you think you know, but you have no idea,” hours of television and it sets up a doozy of a third season.
What can you expect? Without revealing too much (because it’s really that good), we pick up right after the close of “Second Last,” with Alec reeling from losing Emily and hell-bent on getting answers from Escher. Kiera doesn’t know what’s happened and when she finds out, she’s desperate to get to Alec but also has to dodge VPD. Carlos is called upon to make a choice. Loyalties are tested and sides are chosen. And we finally understand who Escher and Jason are. Also, look for another massive throwdown–this time between Kiera and Travis.
The Continuum season finale airs Friday night at 10/9c. A full-season marathon begins Friday morning at 8/7c–set your DVRs! And, thankfully, the series will return for its third season on Syfy in 2014.
