The wait is finally over! Tonight, The Walking Dead returns with the episode titled “The Suicide King”.  Daryl and Merle Dixon are pitted to fight against each other in the Governor’s freaky arena.  I strongly suspect they’ll both get out alive, but not before a huge fight as part of the rescue attempt.

Here are some previews, the first one just released yesterday.  After a showdown that leaves several residents of Woodbury seriously injured, the town is in a panic with people wanting to bolt.  Do you blame them?  Their leader was attacked and lost his right eye, the town comes under the assault of “terrorists” as the Governor calls them, and no telling what’s next.

In the first preview, we can hear screams of both a man and a woman at the end. That sure sounds like they were under attack, possibly by walkers? Is Woodbury being overrun? As much as the Governor would like to believe it, I have never thought the town was safe if a herd were to come through. I’m already biting my nails, and it’s hours before the episode airs!

So, what does everyone else think? Will Woodbury be overrun, or at least some of the residents come under attack by biters? And, what about some of the more prominent residents of Woodbury, like Milton Mamet? Will he survive? As we know, he’s completely ineffectual in combat, and while he can be a little strange at times, I’ve always liked him. He seems to not agree with the Governor at times, but is probably too afraid to say anything.

Chime in the comments section, and let us know what you think! We’d love to hear your thoughts and theories about tonight’s highly-anticipated episode!

The Walking Dead returns tonight at 9 p.m. EST on AMC.

I think some walkers may breach the wall at Woodbury, and some residents may be attacked and even killed, but I’m not so sure Woodbury will be overrun (yet). As for Milton, most people think he’ll be gone by the end of the season, but I don’t necessarily believe that. I think he doesn’t agree with what the Governor does but just remains quiet. He certainly has no fighting skills, like you said, but if he can somehow make it out of Woodbury, I think he’d be a good addition to Rick’s group.
