Revenge “Sabotage”

Every time I read or hear the word “sabotage,” the song of the same name by the Beastie Boys comes into my head. (Now it’s in your head! At least it’s a good song) Think of it as your very own soundtrack for this blog.  Or think I’m a dork, either way works.

(Spoiler Alert coming)

Revenge is such a great show because you never know what is around the corner. I did have a feeling about Padma (played by Dilshad Vadsaria; you might remember as Rebecca from the show Greek). I knew she was bad news, but in what capacity I wasn’t totally sure. And of course I was correct because on this episode it was revealed Padma is working for the Initiative. Poor Nolan, for as smart as he is, the guy needs to wise up quickly. He does still have the funny. Tonight he referred to Aiden as James Bond. Being a good sport, Aiden imitated Sean Connery’s James Bond, which endeared him to Nolan a little bit. Let’s see how long that will last.

Well, Jack got out of jail because Amanda asked Conrad Grayson to help. At first Conrad said no, but then had Ashley change his mind. Ashley is working with him, which should go down really well with Victoria and Daniel when they find out. (Writer’s note: Please read the last sentence sarcastically)  Now you know there will be a price to pay down the line. The reason Conrad agreed to do this was to look good if decides to run for public office.

So here’s a quick rundown of what we learned:

  • Emily, Aidan and Nolan make a pretty good team.
  • Never work with anyone you are sleeping with. (Nolan that one’s for you)
  • We are still not sure what Marco is up too.
  • We still want to know more about the Initiative. (Plus how are Helen and Padma involved in it)
  • The Ryan brothers are bad guys. (We knew that the first time they were on)
  • Victoria knows how to handle and manipulate men. (Duh!)
  • I love Jack and I can’t wait to see when or if he finds out whom Amanda Clarke really is.  ( I know nothing learned but very important to remember.
  • Don’t mess with Emily and/or Amanda, real or fake!  They are bad asses!

Revenge airs Sunday nights on ABC at 9/8c.
