Last week, there were some interesting double headers on some of my favorite shows, starting with actress Bridget Regan and actor Jordan Belfi appearing on the latest episode of NCIS: Los Angeles. Jordan played a big-time software company owner who is kidnapped while Bridget is the kidnapped guy’s girlfriend (despite the fact he is married with a son).

Viewers of the syndicated series Legend of the Seeker recognized Bridget as series regular Kahlan Amnell; but she also appeared in the short-lived series The Black Donnellys as well as episodes of Sex and the City, New Amsterdam, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and the recent indie film The Best and the Brightest with Neil Patrick Harris and Bonnie Somerville.

Meanwhile, Jordan has appeared in episodes of Entourage, the short-lived series Moonlight, Castle, The Mentalist, Hawaii Five-0, Shark and Smallville.
Ironically, Jordan also appeared in Thursday’s episode of Charlie’s Angels as an attorney who was involved in an illegal green card-marriage scam.

In that same episode, actor Isaiah Mustafa appeared as the former fiancé of Kate (Annie Ilonzeh). Best known for his role as the Old Spice hunk, Isaiah has appeared in Chuck, Castle, Hot in Cleveland, NCIS, Ugly Betty and Days of Our Lives. He has also been in the movies Horrible Bosses and Madea’s Big Happy Family.
Earlier in the week, actress Kathleen Munroe and actor John Pyper-Ferguson appeared in the season finale of Alphas on Syfy.

Kathleen played the doctor of Dr. Rosen (David Strathairn) while John appeared as the secret leader of Red Flag. Kathleen was most recently seen in Haven, Call Me Fitz and Stargate Universe, but she has also appeared in Nikita, NCIS: Los Angeles, Moonlight, Supernatural, Cold Case and Durham County. She also appeared in the made-for-TV movies The Wild Girl and Accidental Friendship.

Meanwhile, John was also in last week’s Fringe playing a dual role — a professor in the Over Here world; and a serial killer Over There. He has recently appeared in Caprica, Hellcats, Castle, Rookie Blue, White Collar, Criminal Minds, Bones and is widely known as Sarah’s ex-husband on Brothers & Sisters.
Lastly, on Thursday’s episode of Person of Interest, actor Brett Cullen and actress Molly Price appeared in an episode about a young woman thought to have been murdered along with her family, who is actually very much alive and being hunted down by a corrupt land developer. Brett appeared in flashbacks as someone who worked with Finch (Michael Emerson) on the super computer for the government.

Brett has an extensive list of TV and film credits including, most recently, Make It or Break It, The Gates, Castle, the short-lived Lone Star, Justified and Damages. Some viewers will also remember him from Lost, Friday Night Lights, Ugly Betty and The West Wing. He co-starred in the box office films Monte Carlo, Ghost Rider and Apollo 13. He also appeared in the TV show Young Riders and the short-lived series Legacy and some viewers may also recall he was in classic made-for-TV movie The Thorn Birds, based on the best-selling novel of the same name.

Whereas, Molly appeared as the aunt of the young girl who was thought to be dead; she is best known for her work on the series Third Watch, but she has also appeared in the short-lived Bionic Woman remake and episodes of Without a Trace, ER, Lie to Me, The Mentalist, Nip/Tuck and Body of Proof. She also had a role in the recent box office film How Do You Know.

3 Moments of Goodness from Brooklyn Nine-Nine “Johnny and Dora”
