Nikita is back in action for Season 2 and we can’t be more excited about it. Being paired with Supernatural means Fridays on the CW will remain a double dose of action, thrills, drama and will continue to feature a maximum amount of hotness. Out: Smallville’s Tom Welling, Justin Hartley and Erica Durance. In: Nikita’s badass beauties Maggie Q, Lyndsy Fonseca and Melinda Clarke as well as two actors we’re crushing on big time.
Shane West, Michael

Tina: I’m going to admit it. Back in his ER days, I wasn’t feeling Shane West. With Nikita, however, I quickly changed my mind. Shane has always been good looking. But as Michael, he’s completely irresistible. I love action. And when this guy is knee deep in a fight scene, his sexy factor goes through the roof. Michael can be tough, underhanded, vulnerable, romantic, devilish, cold and extremely supportive. Even in this crazy high stakes world, Michael brings strength, support as well as the sexy. It’s a valuable combination. You look at Shane West and you can see he’s having fun playing his character. Michael is tailor-made for him. And you know what? He gets even dreamier in his scenes with Nikita. The two of them driving off to god knows where in the Season 1 finale was so wonderful. I love these two together. Let’s see how long this beautiful union will last.
Kara: I’ve been a Shane West fan since his Once and Again days. I loved the first TV incarnation of La Femme Nikita so this “remake” had a lot to live up to in my opinion. The relationship between Peta Wilson’s Nikita and Roy Dupuis’ Michael was so central, important, and interesting that I was watching closely to make sure they got it right here. And they really did. I love the new angle for the show and even when they were on opposite teams, you could see how much Michael and Nikita cared for each other. And that’s part of what makes Michael so hot. I love that he cares. When he’s given all the information I think he’s going to do the right thing. That takes a lot of integrity and I always find that sexy. Now it doesn’t hurt that Shane himself is nice to look at. I love the facial hair he’s been sporting lately. It roughens him up a bit, and that’s always a good thing.
Devon Sawa, Owen

Tina: I didn’t know much about Devon Sawa before Nikita but the second he appeared on the show I felt like: a) he was a force to be reckoned with; and b) he was unspeakably gorgeous. Back in Season 1, I didn’t think they were going to get Michael and Nikita together so soon. Certainly, not the first season, right? So, when Owen entered the picture, I immediately appreciated the instant chemistry Sawa and Maggie Q shared. I was rooting for their characters to hook up. She’s hot. He’s ridiculously hot. Why not? I get it. Owen’s a complete mess. But Nikita wanted to help him get his s–t together. Even though that’s not the way things went, I sincerely hope Devon makes many more appearances to come. I know he’ll be in at least one episode this season. Here’s to many, many more.
Kara: I don’t know about you but the second Devon Sawa’s Owen met Maggie Q’s Nikita I felt a connection. From what I’ve read and heard, it sounds like the writers didn’t mean for that undercurrent of sexual tension to be there so I’ve gotta give some love to the actors for adding that little bit of extra spice. Before Owen went off the deep end, I thought there was a chance for him and Nikita, especially after Owen’s lady love was killed. And although I’m a huge Mikita shipper, I do hold out a little hope for Owen and Nikita. I don’t need for it to be serious (or permanent), but I think these two could be so good together. Oh, and have I mentioned the hotness that is Devon Sawa? Great face, great body, great package. ‘Nough said.
Nikita airs Fridays at 8/7C on the CW.
