We Need To Know: When Will Artie and Tina be Reunited on Glee?

Reunited, and it feels so good….  Reunited, ’cause we understood…. Ok, ok. I totally enjoyed the Glee PaleyFest panel. I’ve had issues with the show recently, but it was a really fun night. There were some good audience questions and quite a few about relationships but the relationship I’m most invested in (after Finn and Rachel) is Artie and Tina. I think Artie and Brittany are cute together but I don’t get it and I don’t think it’ll last. I don’t know enough about Mike Chang (although I am a fan of Harry Shum Jr.) to really be invested in his relationship with Tina. But Artie and Tina? I will root for them any day of the week and twice on Sunday. So my burning question is: When will they get back together?

Jenna Ushkowitz revealed two things that give me hope for Artie and Tina. First, she said Tina might be in love with the idea of Mike. Second, she said it’s been a lovely run (making me think that relationship has already run its course). Am I reading too much into these two statements? Maybe but it’s making me happy. And let me reiterate: I have nothing against Mike and Brittany. In fact if Brittana never goes anywhere, I wouldn’t mind seeing those two together. Yes, it’s like a game of musical chairs with all the kids constantly switching partners but I think that pairing might be fun. More importantly, Tina and Artie would be free to be together. What do you think? Are they better together or apart?

Bonus: I also want to know why people are so anxious for Finn and Rachel to get back together. I love seeing them apart yet longing for each other. It’s bittersweet and such good television. And we all know how Rachel acts when she’s actually dating Finn. Crazy. I don’t like that Rachel and I don’t think you do either.
