Warning: Spoilers Ahead

In last week’s “Oubliette,” we get some very interesting insight into just how Kyle Sommer got himself onto the CDC team, find out Michael is an Immortal and things finally come to a head between the Farragut brothers.

We like it when characters are revealed to know so much more than we assume and we’ve all been waiting for weeks to see just who Kyle Sommer really is. Now we want him to come clean to “Hot Zone,” because there is definitely something between them and we can’t imagine Sarah will be all that happy to discover Kyle’s been lying to her.

We’re enjoying the mystery and danger that shrouds Michael and his followers. We did not expect him to be revealed as an Immortal, but perhaps even more surprising is how shocked Agnes was. It seems Michael told her and the rest of his “best girls” that he was the only remaining one. Michael thinks Agnes will take that secret to her grave, but Agnes isn’t the only sister who knows.

We still don’t know the full extent of Peter’s betrayal, but one thing that’s very clear is Alan no longer trusts his brother. After they fight it out — both verbally and physically — Alan suggests they find a way out of their temporary prison. It requires them to work together and results in Alan escaping. When it’s time for Alan to get Peter out, he decides his brother needs more time in isolation.

So what’s in the agenda for this week?

Episode synopsis, from Syfy:

On the heels of Agnes’ death, Amy creates an outbreak of the disease, while Michael torments Peter in the pit. Alan, Jordan and Kyle discover the truth about the Abbey’s tainted food chain but Alan is drugged and attacks Jordan. An uprising at the Abbey threatens the safety of the uninfected. Meanwhile, in present-day Paris, Walker summons Balleseros and is guided to meet an unlikely immortal who may hold the key to her mission.

Helix airs Fridays at 10/9c on Syfy.
